Job description
Supervise and manage NICU nursing staff and daily operations Ensure quality, safe, and evidence-based nursing care for neonates Maintain compliance with hospital, PHC, and infection-control standards Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance Ensure proper documentation, medication administration, and patient safety Coordinate with consultants, doctors, and other healthcare teams Conduct staff training and support continuous professional development Qualification: BSN/Post RN BSN preferred with valid PNMC registration Experience: Minimum 6 years nursing experience, preferably 3–4 years in NICU and supervisory/charge nurse role Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and clinical management skills
