Choose the support route that matches your task
Use general contact for a question, feedback for an idea, and issue reporting for a technical, safety, privacy, or accessibility problem.
Curabix does not publish a guaranteed response time. A complete, clearly routed request is easier to review. Repeated submissions can slow investigation and should be avoided unless new information is available.
| Need | Best route | Include |
|---|---|---|
| General question | Contact Curabix | Your goal, relevant page, and a safe reply address |
| Product idea | Feedback | The problem, affected users, and desired outcome |
| Technical problem | Report an Issue | Page, steps, expected result, actual result, environment |
| Suspicious job or message | Report an Issue | Listing URL, sender details, concern, and non-sensitive evidence |
| Privacy request | Contact Curabix | Type of request and information needed to locate the account safely |
| Immediate danger | Local authorities | Use the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement route |
Help with finding and reviewing healthcare jobs
Start with the jobs page, then read the full role and verify the employer and requirements before applying.
Search results can help you discover a role, but a title alone is not enough to judge fit. Review location, setting, responsibilities, schedule, contract type, experience, professional registration, and application instructions. Save the job description for your private records because a listing may change or close.
Curabix does not guarantee that a role is suitable, available, licensed for your profession, or able to sponsor immigration. Confirm material terms with the employing organization and use official professional or government sources for regulated decisions.
If a listing appears inaccurate, discriminatory, duplicated, expired, misleading, or suspicious, report the URL and specific concern. Do not publish accusations or another person’s private information in a community space.

Help with accounts and sign-in
Use the official Curabix sign-in or password process and never share a password, session cookie, reset code, or one-time code with support.
Check the email address entered, connection, browser settings, and whether cookies needed for authentication are enabled. Use the password-reset route when appropriate and open only links that use the expected Curabix domain. A support agent should not need your existing password.
For a social sign-in problem, describe the provider, safe error text, approximate time, browser, and whether the issue repeats. Do not paste authorization codes or token-containing URLs into a public report. Curabix suppresses analytics loading on sensitive callback URLs, but users should still protect those values.
If you suspect account compromise, change credentials through official providers, review related accounts, and report the concern. Curabix cannot guarantee recovery or identify a person from a public message alone; a secure verification process may be required.
- Never send passwords or one-time codes.
- Do not reuse a password from another service.
- Check the domain before entering credentials.
- Avoid posting account details or screenshots publicly.
- Report unexpected account activity promptly through the official form.
Help with profiles and applications
Keep profile and application information accurate, relevant, and free from unnecessary sensitive or confidential material.
Use consistent names, dates, qualifications, registration status, employment history, and contact information. Describe supervised experience as supervised. Do not claim credentials, authority, or responsibilities you do not hold.
Upload only the document type requested, and check the recipient and purpose first. A public CV should not contain identity numbers, passport copies, bank details, patient information, passwords, or referees’ private contact details without permission.
Submitting an application does not guarantee review, interview, or employment. Employers control their process. Keep your own record of the role and submitted information, then use the stated channel for follow-up.
Help for employers
Employer support can address platform workflow, while each employer remains responsible for lawful hiring, accurate listings, candidate communication, and recruitment decisions.
Before publishing, confirm the employing entity, role title, workplace, duties, schedule, contract, compensation information where provided, professional requirements, and closing date. Avoid copying another organization’s text or using vague “urgent hiring” claims without operational need.
Request candidate information in stages and explain why it is needed. Limit access to authorized staff. Keep evaluation criteria related to the role, offer an accessibility-adjustment route, and document important decisions.
For product or integration questions, describe the current workflow and expected result. The ATS guide explains evaluation criteria but does not promise that every feature is available from Curabix.

Report a technical problem effectively
A useful technical report states the page, task, steps, expected result, actual result, frequency, and environment without exposing private data.
Before reporting, you can retry once, check your connection, and use a current browser. Do not repeatedly submit an action that could create duplicate applications or messages. Avoid clearing all browser data unless you understand the effect on sign-in and saved work.
Copy the clean page URL without tokens or private query values.
Describe what you were trying to accomplish and the last safe action before the problem.
List numbered reproduction steps and whether the issue happens every time.
Record device type, operating system, browser and version, screen width, and assistive technology where relevant.
Quote a safe error message or attach a redacted screenshot only when the form supports it.
Explain the impact and whether a safe workaround exists.
Privacy, cookies, and analytics choices
Read the Privacy and Cookie pages for current disclosures, and use the contact route when you need to make a supported privacy request.
Curabix uses information needed to provide accounts, applications, contact messages, security and platform operation. Optional analytics should load only after the user’s consent choice. Published disclosures must stay aligned with actual retention, service providers, transfers and rights handling.
When asking about personal information, identify the type of request and the account email or other minimum information needed to locate records. Do not send a full identity document through the general form unless Curabix confirms a secure and proportionate verification method.
Helpful resources
Accessibility support
Report the page, task, barrier, expected behavior, and technology used so Curabix can reproduce and prioritize an accessibility problem.
Examples include missing labels, focus that disappears, a keyboard trap, content hidden at zoom, unclear error messages, poor contrast, inaccessible document requirements, or motion that cannot be reduced. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to report most barriers.
If a recruitment process needs an adjustment, contact the employer or recruiter through its verified route as well as Curabix when the barrier is on the platform. Curabix cannot make promises on behalf of the employer but can review its own interface and published content.
