Agreement and scope
These terms apply when a person accesses or uses Curabix public pages, accounts, profiles, applications, employer tools, contact routes, or other platform features.
The Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines also apply to relevant activity. Additional written terms may be presented for a specific employer service, paid feature, integration, promotion, or third-party product. If you accept separate terms for a particular service, those terms control for that service if they conflict with these general terms.
If you do not agree, do not use account or submission features. Public legal information remains available so a user can understand the position before deciding.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must have authority and legal capacity to use the relevant feature and must provide accurate, current information.
Keep credentials confidential, use official sign-in routes, and notify Curabix of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law, except where responsibility belongs to Curabix or another party under applicable rules.
Do not create an account for another person without authority, impersonate an employer or professional, evade a restriction, sell access, or use automated account creation. Organizations should ensure each recruiter or administrator has appropriate authority and individual access where supported.
Use account and submission features only if you have the legal capacity and authority required for the action. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to represent it in the relevant recruitment activity.
Job-seeker responsibilities
Job seekers must present qualifications, registration, work history, identity, and application information honestly and use opportunities lawfully.
Curabix does not guarantee an interview, employment, compensation, registration, sponsorship, visa, or relocation outcome. Job seekers decide whether to apply or accept and should seek qualified advice for high-stakes personal circumstances.

Employer and recruiter responsibilities

An account or listing does not constitute Curabix endorsement, regulatory approval, or verification beyond any specifically documented process. Employers remain responsible for decisions, communication, contracts, and legal compliance.

Content and intellectual property
Users keep rights they lawfully hold, while giving Curabix the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, display, and operate submitted content for the requested service.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. Employers should not copy another organization’s vacancy or logo without authority. Candidates should not upload another person’s CV, certificate, photograph, or writing as their own.
Curabix branding, interface, original content, and software may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not grant permission to create a fake official service, imply endorsement, remove notices, or redistribute protected source or datasets.
When you submit content, you permit Curabix to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, and improve the feature you requested. This permission remains subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and any available account or deletion controls.
Third-party services and external links
Curabix may connect to employers, identity providers, analytics tools, regulators, or other websites that control their own content and practices.
A link is not necessarily an endorsement. Review the destination, terms, privacy notice, fees, recognition, and security before using it. Curabix is not responsible for every third-party decision, availability, or claim to the extent allowed by law, but should address its own integration and presentation responsibilities.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Curabix does not present a general public price list or checkout process on these pages.
If Curabix offers a paid service, the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, taxes where applicable, renewal, cancellation, delivery, and refund terms will be presented before purchase. A separate employer contract may set specific terms.
Payments requested by employers, recruiters, regulators, education providers, immigration authorities, or other third parties are not automatically Curabix charges. Verify the recipient and basis independently.

Availability, changes, and enforcement
Curabix may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features and may act on violations, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement.
The platform does not promise uninterrupted availability or a service level unless one is stated in a separate agreement. Curabix uses reasonable care in operating the service and may communicate material changes through the website or another appropriate channel.
Responses to violations may include content correction, removal, feature limits, account restriction, evidence preservation, or referral. Context, safety, repeat behavior, law, and available evidence may affect the action. Users can contact Curabix to explain a suspected error, but no outcome is guaranteed.
Disclaimers and limits
Curabix provides platform and information services; it does not replace an employer, regulator, clinician, lawyer, immigration adviser, financial adviser, or emergency service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services may be provided subject to reasonable limitations described in these terms and the Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that law does not allow Curabix to exclude.
Rights, remedies, and responsibilities can vary by jurisdiction. These terms do not limit any right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional about a specific dispute.
