Which issues should be reported?
Report problems connected to Curabix content, accounts, listings, workflows, safety, privacy, accessibility, or suspected impersonation.
- A page or form fails, loops, loses work, or gives an unclear result.
- A listing appears false, expired, duplicated, discriminatory, or materially misleading.
- Someone claims to represent Curabix or an employer and requests suspicious payment or information.
- Personal information appears exposed or used in an unexpected way.
- A keyboard, screen reader, zoom, contrast, motion, or other accessibility barrier blocks a task.
- Content violates the Community Guidelines or creates a credible safety concern.
What information helps an investigation?
Provide the clean URL, date and timezone, task, numbered steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, impact, and safe evidence.
For a suspicious job or message, include the claimed organization, communication channel, request made, and why it appears inconsistent. Preserve original evidence privately. Do not confront a suspected scammer or publish another person’s identity details.
Identify the issue category and describe the result in one sentence.
Add the affected page or listing URL after removing tokens and private query values.
List the exact steps that reproduce the problem and whether it happens consistently.
Include device, operating system, browser, screen size, and assistive technology where relevant.
Quote safe error text or describe a redacted screenshot without uploading secrets.
Explain urgency and impact without exaggerating or repeatedly submitting the same report.
Information you should not send
Never send passwords, one-time codes, session cookies, access tokens, full payment credentials, patient records, or unnecessary identity documents.
Redact names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, registration numbers, identity numbers, account identifiers, barcodes, QR codes, and faces unless a verified investigation requires a secure transfer. The initial report usually needs a description, not the complete document.
Do not place private information in the URL or subject. Curabix analytics is designed to avoid sensitive callback locations, but report authors still need to remove confidential values from anything they submit.
How to submit the report today
Use the Contact page with “Issue report” in the subject and include the affected URL, what happened, when it happened and safe supporting evidence.
The form shows whether submission succeeded or failed. Curabix does not promise a fixed response or resolution time, and a website report should not delay contact with an emergency service, regulator, law-enforcement agency or financial institution when one of them must act.
For a security vulnerability, begin with a concise impact and reproduction summary and ask for a secure channel before sharing exploit detail. Avoid testing in a way that accesses other users’ information, disrupts service, or violates law.
What happens after a report?
Curabix may acknowledge, triage, request safe clarification, investigate, mitigate, correct content, restrict access, or close a report when evidence does not support action.
Priority can depend on safety, data exposure, number of affected users, reproducibility, accessibility impact, legal duties, and availability of a safe workaround. Some reports involve employers or third-party authorities and cannot be resolved by Curabix alone.
A report does not guarantee a particular outcome, removal, refund, employer decision, or individual update. Submit new information when it materially changes the case rather than opening duplicates.
