What makes feedback useful?
Useful feedback explains the user, goal, context, obstacle, impact, and desired outcome without prescribing a complex solution too early.
Specific criticism is welcome. Curabix can learn more from a clear account of a confusing form or missing explanation than from a general rating. Positive feedback is also useful when it identifies exactly which behavior should be preserved.
- The page, feature, or content involved.
- Whether you were browsing, applying, recruiting, or seeking support.
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- How often the issue occurs and how it affects the task.
- A safe example with private information removed.
- What a successful outcome would allow you to do.
Where to send feedback
Use the Contact page and label the subject “Product feedback” so the message can be identified and routed appropriately.
The contact form sends your name, reply email, optional phone, subject, and message to the existing Curabix contact endpoint. It shows validation and success or failure feedback. Do not put sensitive information into the subject or message.
For a security, privacy, suspicious listing, accessibility, or reproducible technical problem, use Report an Issue so the concern is framed for investigation rather than product ideation.
What happens after submission?
Curabix can review, group, prioritize, or decline feedback, but does not promise a personal reply, implementation, or fixed timeline.
Prioritization may consider user impact, safety, accessibility, evidence, strategic fit, technical effort, dependencies, privacy, and legal obligations. Similar ideas may be combined. A decision not to build a request does not mean the underlying need was ignored.
Do not include confidential employer plans, patient details, candidate records, passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, or identity documents. If Curabix needs more detail, verify the follow-up sender before continuing.
Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to common questions about Curabix product feedback.
Is feedback the same as reporting a bug?
No. Use feedback for ideas and experience insights. Use Report an Issue for a reproducible technical problem, suspicious activity, privacy concern, or accessibility barrier.
Will Curabix build my feature request?
Submission does not guarantee implementation or a response. Curabix may combine, prioritize, research, defer, or decline ideas.
Can I attach sensitive evidence?
Do not send sensitive or confidential information through the general form. Describe the category and request a suitable secure route if follow-up requires evidence.
