Last Date to Apply: 19th September 2026 Maintain office files and records both in physical and electronic formats Draft letters, IOM, and Circulars and maintain records Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment Coordinate and assist in meetings Receive and dispatch documents Provide general administrative support to the department Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor/HOD Qualification: Bachelor's degree, preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications; good communication and interpersonal skills
