What Curabix is for employers
Curabix is a healthcare jobs marketplace that provides account, organization-profile, vacancy-publishing and applicant-management workflows.
Curabix is not the hiring organization and is not described as a staffing agency. A platform account does not transfer the employer’s responsibility for authorization to recruit, listing accuracy, candidate assessment, communication, professional checks or the final hiring decision.
Who should post a healthcare vacancy
Only an authorized representative of the hiring organization should publish a genuine role with accurate organization and contact information.
- Create the employer account using information you are permitted to provide.
- Complete the organization profile before asking candidates to rely on it.
- Publish only roles the organization is authorized and prepared to recruit for.
- Keep location, duties, requirements, application method and closing information current.
- Do not imply Curabix endorsement, independent verification or guaranteed hiring results.
How job posting and the job lifecycle work
Employers create a role, publish it through the supported workflow, manage it while active, and can close or reopen an eligible listing without creating a new permanent job URL.
Curabix assigns an expiry date to active jobs and gives new or eligible reopened listings a 15-day availability period. Closed, expired or otherwise unavailable jobs do not appear in current public inventory.
Reopening an eligible job keeps its permanent URL and refreshes the server-controlled availability period. Employers should still review the entire listing and update details that are no longer accurate before relying on the reopened vacancy.
How applicants are managed
The employer workflow supports applicant lists, search, filtering and status management, while the employer controls its evaluation process.
Limit candidate information to authorized recruitment staff and use it only for the stated hiring purpose. Evaluation criteria should relate to the role, and communication should identify the organization and next step clearly. Curabix does not guarantee an application volume, interview, placement or hire.
Listing and candidate-data responsibilities
Employers should request proportionate information, protect access, communicate material terms honestly and use lawful, role-related recruitment practices.
- Do not request passwords, one-time codes or payment credentials.
- Explain why identity or professional documents are needed and request them at an appropriate stage.
- Avoid publishing patient data, confidential material or another organization’s protected content.
- Provide a route for reasonable accessibility questions about the recruitment process.
- Close or correct a listing promptly when its availability or terms change.
Problems, privacy, terms and support
Use Curabix support routes for platform problems and review the current privacy, terms, community and trust information before publishing.
