Who must follow these guidelines?
The guidelines apply to job seekers, employers, recruiters, contributors, and anyone using Curabix content, messaging, reporting, or community features.
They complement the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Employers remain responsible for lawful recruitment and accurate vacancies. Healthcare professionals remain responsible for professional duties, scope, confidentiality, and regulatory standards.
A feature being technically available does not make every use appropriate. Users should consider purpose, audience, patient and candidate privacy, workplace policies, and the risk of harm before posting or sending information.
Be accurate and transparent
Represent identity, qualifications, organization, vacancies, experience, and interests honestly and correct material errors when discovered.
Employers should name the employing entity, role, workplace or remote arrangement, responsibilities, key requirements, and material conditions clearly. Candidates should distinguish supervised exposure from independent competence and avoid copying another person’s application.
- Do not impersonate a person, employer, regulator, education provider, or Curabix representative.
- Do not invent credentials, experience, vacancies, salaries, sponsorship, approvals, or results.
- Label commercial, referral, sponsorship, or recruitment interests when relevant.
- Use the exact status of registration, certification, and employment information.
- Do not manipulate ratings, testimonials, applications, or engagement.
Protect confidentiality and personal information
Do not publish patient, candidate, colleague, employer, or platform-confidential information without a lawful basis, genuine need, and appropriate authorization.
Healthcare stories can remain identifiable even when a name is removed. Consider dates, locations, rare conditions, images, role details, and combined facts. Professional discussion should use approved, properly de-identified or synthetic examples and follow organizational and regulatory duties.
Never post passwords, one-time codes, access tokens, private contact details, identity documents, payment credentials, background checks, application records, or private messages. Obtain permission before naming a referee or sharing another person’s image or words.
Communicate professionally and respectfully
Disagreement is allowed; harassment, threats, humiliation, hate, targeted abuse, and repeated unwanted contact are not.
Focus on ideas, evidence, and role requirements. Do not attack people based on protected characteristics, disability, profession, seniority, location, language, accent, employment status, or career gap. Avoid dogpiling, doxxing, sexual content, coercion, and intimidation.
Recruiters and employers should not pressure candidates to move to unsafe channels, disclose unrelated information, or accept terms immediately. Candidates should not threaten staff, spam vacancies, or misrepresent competing offers.
Keep jobs and recruitment safe
Recruitment content must represent a real authorized opportunity and must not be used for fraud, trafficking, unlawful discrimination, data harvesting, or deceptive payment requests.
- No fee or transfer merely to release a job, interview, or offer.
- No collection of passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary financial credentials.
- No guaranteed employment, licence, visa, sponsorship, or salary claim without authority and evidence.
- No hidden employer identity or misleading domain designed to impersonate another organization.
- No vacancy copied without authorization or left active after it is known to be closed.
- No criteria unrelated to the role or designed to exclude unlawfully.
Do not publish unsafe medical or professional claims
General educational discussion must not be presented as personalized diagnosis, treatment, emergency advice, or authorization to practise beyond competence.
Cite reliable sources for changing clinical, regulatory, licensing, or immigration claims. Clearly distinguish personal experience from general evidence. Do not promote falsified certificates, examination cheating, unlicensed practice, unsafe products, or ways to bypass safeguards.
Curabix career content does not replace a professional regulator, qualified clinician, lawyer, immigration adviser, or other specialist. Users should be directed to the appropriate official or professional source when the decision is high stakes.
Prohibited misuse of the platform
Users must not disrupt Curabix, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute protected data, spread malware, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Good-faith security research still requires lawful, limited behavior that avoids privacy invasion and disruption. Begin with a concise report and request a secure channel before sharing sensitive exploit detail.
- Unauthorized access, credential testing, session theft, or security-control bypass.
- Malware, phishing, malicious links, spam, bulk unsolicited contact, or deceptive redirects.
- Automated extraction that violates rights, terms, privacy, security, or service stability.
- Selling or transferring accounts, applications, identity documents, or access.
- Manipulating search, metrics, reviews, reports, or employer and candidate identities.
Moderation, reporting, and appeals
Curabix may review reports and take proportionate action based on content, context, evidence, safety, repeat behavior, legal duties, and platform limitations.
Actions may include requesting clarification, limiting visibility, removing content, restricting features, suspending access, preserving evidence, or referring a matter to an appropriate authority. Not every disagreement or negative review violates a guideline.
Report the exact content and reason without organizing harassment or publishing private accusations. A user who believes action was mistaken can contact Curabix with the account, decision, context, and evidence. Curabix does not promise a fixed outcome or response time.
