- Implement infection prevention and control practices in the hospital.
- Monitor compliance with hand hygiene, sterilization, and isolation precautions.
- Support prevention of healthcare-associated infections.
- Maintain IPC records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Train staff and conduct compliance audits.
- Coordinate infection prevention activities with clinical departments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- BSN or General Nursing Diploma with Post RN.
- Valid PNC registration.
- Preferably 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in a recognized hospital.
- Preferably 1 year of IPC experience or relevant training.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and record maintenance.
- IPC-related certifications or documented training will be an advantage
