Job description
Key Responsibilities -Conduct patient assessments, clinical examinations, and pre-operative and post-operative evaluations. -Monitor patients’ vital signs, clinical condition, and recovery, and promptly report complications. -Assist consultants with surgical procedures, bedside interventions, and patient management. -Manage surgical ward patients and respond promptly to medical and surgical emergencies. -Review laboratory investigations and diagnostic reports and coordinate with treating consultants. -Maintain accurate, timely, duly signed and stamped clinical documentation according to hospital policies and patient-safety standards. Eligibility Criteria -MBBS from a recognized medical institution. -Valid PMDC registration or license. -1–2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Surgery, Surgical Ward, or Emergency. -Skills in surgical patient care, pre-operative and post-operative management, emergencies, and Basic Life Support (BLS). -Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
