-Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Pharm-D preferred. -Strong pharmacy operations and inventory management skills. -Experience in business development and partnership building. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. -Manage pharmacy operations, inventory, procurement, and dispensing. -Ensure medicine safety, proper storage, and regulatory compliance. -Develop strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. -Support pricing, negotiations, and revenue growth. -Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
